Caitlin Giles is an implementation consultant specializing in project management, communications, and user experience design for large-scale transformation programs. Before joining VSTI Partners, Caitlin spent 2 years with Phi Mu Fraternity, supporting collegiate relations and application upgrades. She holds a BA in History from the College of William and Mary.
