We are seeking a Senior Director to join our growing team. This role is for an experienced leader who can operate as a trusted advisor while also working hands-on to deliver results. The ideal candidate can flex across client environments over time, bringing both strategic leadership and practical execution to complex transformation efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Own client outcomes for assigned engagements, ensuring delivery aligns with mission needs and long-term success
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client leaders, shaping direction and supporting high-impact decisions
  • Set and guide delivery and solution strategy, integrating disciplines across operations, technology, data, and change management
  • Deliver hands-on transformation support—leading facilitation, driving stakeholder alignment, and translating technology-enabled change into practical operating guidance (e.g., SOPs, transition processes, journey maps, and workflows)
  • Coordinate and integrate input from cross-functional teams and SMEs to produce cohesive, actionable deliverables
  • Rapidly build contextual understanding of client environments and adapt approach to meet evolving needs
  • Identify and manage risks across delivery and stakeholder alignment
  • Coach and develop team members while contributing to firm growth and delivery excellence

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, mission-critical transformation efforts in complex environments
  • Strong government consulting experience and ability to operate in senior client-facing roles
  • Proven ability to advise senior leaders, shape strategy, and ensure long-term outcomes
  • Experience translating technology implementations into operational processes, including SOPs and transition planning
  • Expertise in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience with journey mapping and human-centered design approaches
  • Broad understanding of platforms, data, operating models, and organizational change
  • Ability to ramp quickly, synthesize complex environments, and deliver clarity in ambiguous situations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; significant relevant experience expected (typically 12+ years)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Prosci, PMP, Salesforce) are a plus
  • Salesforce experience is helpful, but not required

This role is based in the Washington, DC area, with an expectation of 3 days per week on-site at the client location in downtown DC. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to acquire a Public Trust Security Clearance.
