Organizational Readiness & Change Integration Manager

We are seeking an Organizational Readiness & Change Integration Manager to play a key role in complex transformation initiatives, helping clients successfully implement and sustain changes to their systems, processes, policies, and ways of working.
Role Summary
The Organizational Readiness & Change Integration Manager owns assigned workstreams from planning through implementation. The Manager evaluates organizational and workforce impacts, develops integrated readiness strategies and plans, and helps clients address the operational changes required for successful adoption.
Working across client leadership, operational, and technology teams, the Manager facilitates decisions, coordinates readiness activities with broader program delivery, and guides work through implementation and stabilization. Success requires sound judgment, strong facilitation and relationship management skills, and the ability to translate complex changes into practical action.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day delivery of organizational readiness and change integration workstreams, managing scope, priorities, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverable quality
- Assess how changes to systems, processes, policies, roles, and operating practices affect organizations, stakeholder groups, and employees
- Develop and execute integrated readiness plans aligned with program milestones, implementation activities, and operational priorities
- Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and readiness assessments; identify adoption risks and develop practical mitigation strategies
- Facilitate interviews, workshops, focus groups, and leadership discussions to gather input, validate impacts, support decisions, and build alignment
- Develop stakeholder engagement, communications, training, transition, and reinforcement strategies and materials
- Coordinate readiness activities with process design, requirements, testing, workforce planning, program management, and technical implementation teams
- Support implementation and operational transition through readiness checkpoints, go-live preparation, stabilization, adoption monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a primary client contact for assigned work, providing clear recommendations and progress updates and escalating material risks or scope changes
- Guide and review the work of team members and contribute to VSTI’s readiness methods, tools, proposals, and internal capability development

Qualifications
- 6–10 years of relevant experience, including leading readiness, change management, or workforce transformation workstreams
- Experience supporting complex business transformation or technology implementations through stabilization
- Demonstrated ability to assess organizational impacts and develop readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies
- Strong facilitation and relationship-management skills across executive, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex changes into clear recommendations, practical plans, and effective materials
- Experience managing scope, priorities, risks, and deliverable quality with limited oversight
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Federal government or regulated-environment experience preferred
- Salesforce implementation experience is a plus
- Relevant change management, project management, or Agile certifications are a plus
Candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area are preferred. Hybrid or remote work arrangements may be available depending on client needs. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
