Alexi Greenberg brings over 15 years of experience in organizational transformation, with a focus in change management and project management. Before joining VSTI Partners, Alexi spent six years with IBM Federal’s Talent and Transformation practice, supporting digital transformation initiatives. She holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from Colby College. She is also PMP and Agile certified.
